Helpful Tips to Prepare for Your Lash Lift

I want you to have the best Lash Lift experience possible.

Please read and follow the tips below for best results at your lash service.


BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • DO NOT WEAR MAKEUP TO YOUR APPOINTMENT* - For best results, do not wear any makeup 24 hours prior to your appointment. Eyes must be COMPLETELY FREE OF ANY MAKEUP. This includes foundation around the eye area. Makeup build up, mascara, or improper cleaning will affect the lash lift process and removing eye makeup right before your lash service may cause irritation around the eyes. *Makeup removal results in additional time and a removal fee of $25 will be added to your service.

  • STOP USING LASH SERUMS 24 HOURS PRIOR TO APPOINTMENT: Lash Serums work by increasing the blood supply to the follicles of the lashes. This could change the outcome of the lift. Lash Serums can be used 48 hours after Lift.

  • NO LASH EXTENSIONS - Eyelashes MUST be in clean and healthy condition to perform a lash lift service. If you arrive wearing lash extensions, have glue residue on your lashes, or damaged lashes from wearing lash extensions, WE WILL NOT PERFORM THE SERVICE AND YOU WILL FORFEIT YOUR PAYMENT FOR THE SERVICE TIME SLOT.

  • NO CONTACT LENSES - Contact lenses must be removed prior to your lash service. We recommend bringing eyeglasses or a new pair of contacts to apply after your service is completed.

  • ILLEGAL SUBSTANCES - If you arrive to your appointment under the influence of any drugs or alcohol, we reserve the right to refuse the service and you will be asked to leave the salon immediately.

  • PERSONAL ATTACKS- If you engage in any disrespectful comments or derogatory statements towards any salon staff, we reserve the right to refuse the service and you will be asked to leave the salon immediately. Any negative attitudes should be checked at the door.

  • PERSONAL BELONGINGS - Please limit the amount of items you bring into the salon. If you tend to get cold in air conditioned room, it is okay to bring a cardigan or shawl with you.

  • NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS OR CHILDREN - Only one client will be permitted in room at a time. No additional guests, children, or friends.

  • CELL PHONES: As a courtesy, we ask that our clients put cell phones on silent and refrain from using during your service. Your eyes must remain closed during the service and we will not be able to read a text or check who called.

  • FAMILIARIZE YOURSELF WITH OUR LOCATION PRIOR TO YOUR APPOINTMENT - For a map of our location, click HERE.

  • MINIMIZE CAFFEINE INTAKE a few hours before appointment to reduce twitchy and fluttering eyes.

  • REVIEW OUR LOCATION - Familiarize yourself with our location prior to your appointment to avoid being late.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE AT SALON:

  • BE ON TIME - Do not be late for your appointment. Plan to arrive at least 5 minutes before your scheduled time. All clients are scheduled back to back. Being late interferes with your scheduled service and causes delays to all the clients that are scheduled after you. I need the full appointment time to complete this service. There are no steps I can "cut out or speed up" to accommodate a late arrival.

  • Upon arrival, please use the restroom before I call you in for your service.

AFTERYOUR APPOINTMENT:

  • AFTERCARE - Lashes must remain clean, dry, and untouched for 48 hours to ensure optimal results. We recommend scheduling any face, eyebrow, skin, or eye service PRIOR to your lash service. This includes facials, tanning, brow threading, brow tinting, etc.

    EYE OR LASH CONDITIONS POLICY - If you are experiencing any eye or lash conditions, sensitivities, or irritations, please seek medical care/advice before scheduling your lash appointment with us. A note from your physician may be required prior to performing any service. If you are unsure whether your eye condition will affect the lash lift service or process, we recommend contacting us for a consultation first. Lash Lift RI LLC reserves the right to deny any lash service for the protection of our guests and staff.
